Hello! Just wanted to introduce myself. My wife and I are looking for a great bunch of people to do some scenarios and I saw the Cowtown scenario on PBaz and that led me here. You all look like a fun bunch. Oh, just fyi, I signed up with the SpecOps Brigade website and used PhxScorpion's recruiter id (I hope you don't mind).

HI and thank you for your interest in our team. Please tell us a little about yourself and what you are looking for. If you are interested in meeting up with the team some of us are talking about playing out at cowtown this weekend also. Well, first off a little about my wife and I. I spent two years in the US army as a Combat Engineer (12B - now I believe it's 21B). I've played paintball since ~2000 (doesn't make me GOOD, just been around for a while. ). I moved to Az from Texas with my wife - who was originally from here - about two years ago and haven't done a scenario in a while. I've done quite a few and the most fun I've had is with a well-organized group with common goals. In other words, structured mil-sim. My wife has just begun to play and she's getting really into the group aspects and teamplay. She is not afraid of getting hit with paint and she enjoys the tactics and strategy. As for gear, we currently don't have anything mil-sim specific, but I am definately into the airsmithing tech (no official certs, but I am an CompSci engineer by profession, so I'm normally in a 'I can build it' frame of mind) and we plan on modding our Ions to something a little more approprate (I like the P90 mod I've seen with ion internals). Any suggestions would definately welcome.

And how strict are the rules on gear?

Gear rules . . . . none! Yes Multi-Cam is our team color. if you want to check my brigade page use the member locator and search :
USA Arizona PHX SCORPION
once there you can checkout most of the teammates pages as well!!
I also added u to my buddy list.

Brettb, Aaron, and Willd will be up at Cowtown to meet you on Saturday, Kurt. Likely mid-morning, if that's okay.
Thanks for the play last weekend. It was good to meet the command staff and players for the team.
