I have a correction, according to more research from the folks over at MCarterBrown, they claim that the main spring is indeed the First Strike springs, therefore the two changes needed for First Strike rounds are the magazine and the barrel. (And First Strike Rounds)
When mine comes in, then I can give a first hand confirmation.
