Let's make arrangements to collect everyone's tents at the Nov. 1 practice.
Wes and I will put tags on them so we know who they belong to. To make sure we have enough space, bring your EZ Ups/Canopies as well.

Don't forget, you will need to pay for your air ($15) and paint at the event.
Anyone else playing can sign up at the event. Make sure you mention you will be playing with AOW.
The Nameless Team was nice enough to stake out additional camping space next to them up front for AOW.
So far we only have two tents (Emilio's and mine) so let us know if you need space, otherwise there may not be enough room!
Food vendors will be there for breakfast, lunch and dinner (i.e. Steak and Potatoes for $10). I also heard there were going to be some XBOX's and TVs set up as well.
This is going to be a huge event with lots of activities going on. The military branches, sponsors and media are all scheduled to be there. Cowtown told us yesterday at practice that they are looking at around 300 players so let's make sure we have everything we need to support the team for this big weekend!
