The date for this event are as follows:
Friday, January 16th, 2009 (Camping opens at noon. Friday night BBQ provided by BlackCat Paintball and Original SWAT starts at 7:00pm and much like the camping is FREE.) Saturday, January 17th, 2009 Game on at noon Sunday, January 18th, 2009 Game on at 9:00am

Cost of the event: $45 pre-registered by Saturday, January 3rd, 2009. $60 January 4 through the event. We will also have a 1 day pass available for Saturday, January 17th, for $30 pre-registered by January 3rd and $40 January 4th through the event. This 1 day pass will allow you to play from Saturday at noon to stand down Saturday evening ONLY. It does not allow you to play on Sunday and does not include entry into the prize package or qualify you for a game patch.
Pre-register by December 23rd, 2008 and receive a coupon for $15 off the purchase of a case of paint.
The first 100 pre-registered players will receive a series patch as well as a game patch for this event.
Our website and online store are being worked on should reflect our 2009 schedule and at the least this event within the next couple of days.

Kurt had put an different game in the calander for that weekend in california here is the pbaz forum for it www.pbaz.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56218I did a little research like i said i would do at the team meeting and this looks like it will be a blast.

ooh, that one sounds like more fun plus it will give AOW a chance to try a new field! I'll add this topic to next week's meeting agenda.

Yah this looks like at least for us to cost the same as a black cat game, its only about a 3 hour drive from phoenix and it looks like a good field to play on. I would rather go that game then black cat personally

Hello Art Of War, Spiro had asked if I would General for the Blackcat Jan game. I understand that you may have other interests, but possibly we might see some of you there. I will General for the Survivors side. I just wanted you all to know becouse with your support there is definate vicktory on the horizon. If you can't make it, then good luck in California.

I tried registering on the blackcat forums with no luck. Nathan we are playing this weekend at 23 BPS, I’ve put it all over myspace. If you can come it would be good so we can get a little organized for Jan, thanks bro.

I'm not sure if I can make this weekend but I would be glad to meet up and work tactics or possibly have a Qand A session. I'll do whatever it takes for total team support. Glad to hear you guys are making the game.

I also had trouble on blackcat registration, so I Printed a form scanned it and sent it directly to Spiro. Hope that helps
